I have wagered on millions of hands of 21. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of cash at 21. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets very fun at times. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a few years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a couple of months ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can squander a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Bet $5
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Bet $20
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original one hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
